Projects:

We set up the project before the job starts, Set up a budget report showing all phases of the project. Then we track all cost of the project. Once you issue a P.O. you forward a copy to us and we input that information onto our report same goes with payroll. If you would like we can issue P.O.’S in your name. Before we send out P.O.’s we send them to you for your approval. Reports are emailed to you on weekly bases. All this is set up at the beginning.

Cost:

We are less expensive then hiring a Project Manager full time,  you only pay us on a as needed bases.
